At this time, we do not ship to the the following U.S. states: Alabama; Arkansas; Indiana; Rhode Island; Vermont; Wisconsin; San Diego, CA; Jerseyville, IL; and Sarasota County, FL. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free shipping on all orders over $75 (not including sales tax). We will ship your order the SAME DAY if the order is in by 2PM PST. As of now, all orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Day) shipping from Redwood City, CA.

RETURNS POLICY

Our commitment to you begins from the moment you place your order with us. When you use Gamelan Bay products, you can be assured of quality and value. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If a US domestic item does not arrive due a USPS problem, we will offer full money back or a replacement. If an item is marked as “delivered” by USPS and the customer cannot find it, we do not offer a money back refund.

Any and all opened goods are not eligible for refund or return. If you have an unopened sealed package you would like to return, you can contact us by emailing customer service@Gamelanbay.com for return options. All purchases of 30 days or longer from time of purchase are final and not eligible for refund. Refunds can take up 72 hours or greater to post to your account weekends and holidays may effect this time and cause more delays. Please contact us first if you are unsatisfied at customerservice@gamelanbay.com, as we will do everything possible to make you a happy and repeat customer.

In some cases, you may return unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase, for a refund.

To return merchandise, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service at customerservice@Gamelanbay.com to notify us of the return.
  2. Ship merchandise to Gamelan Bay within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  3. Place the original packing slip (or a copy) and a note with the reason of the return inside the shipping box.
  4. Write the invoice number on your shipping box (print clearly).
  5. Ship to the address below.
  6. Once we receive the agreed upon returned merchandise, the customer account will be credited within 2 business days.

The customer is responsible to understand the laws and rules in their state and county. GamelanBay.com will not ship to any state where we know kratom is illegal, however, the customer should be versed in the local laws and it is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Many products on this site are sold for horticultural and/or educational purposes only.  The buyer understands that the herbs and botanicals listed on this website are not intended for human consumption. By submitting your order and payment you certify that you are at least 18 years old or older, and that you agree with the disclaimer. We use USPS (certain restrictions apply) for continental United States orders. Be advised, the kratom sold by Gamelan Bay or New Pacific Traders, LLC is sold with no intended use or purpose. It is not for human consumption.

NOTE: We can not be responsible for damage caused by the shipping company and will not reship your order. While we sympathize, we do our best to pack the item in the most cost effective packaging that will ship without damage.

Incorrect Address / Non Deliverable / Refused Shipments / Address Changes

All returned and/or errors made on orders will be handled in a timely manner. If Gamelan Bay has made a shipping error, we will reship your order as quickly as possible via the original method. If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping or address correction fee costs charged by the carrier. If the customer refuses their shipment, the order is considered a non-authorized return and will incur a 50% restocking fee, plus all shipping and handling charges. ALL shipping on orders is non-refundable.

If you place an order by Email or Online, you automatically accept all the terms in our Policy section.

Damaged, Missing or Lost in Transit Items

We are here to help! While we pack our orders with extreme care, the shipping carrier can sometimes still damage the orders. In that event, please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance and should you be missing any products or receive goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of damage in the presence of the driver, if possible, keeping all packing materials and box intact, then notify Gamelan Bay after you have called the shipping carrier to start a claim.

If you discard the damaged goods, there may be no refund or credit by the carrier due to the fact that the claim will not be able to be verified.

This process should only take a couple days before new items can be shipped unless the order is lost in transit. Lost items must be traced by the carrier and can take up to 10 days for resolution. Please don’t blame us when the shipper makes this mistake. We will do everything we can to get you your product again, but we must have resolution of status before we can reship.
